Summary: A property management company was in the process of remodeling 4 of their small spaces. The Hospitality Creator was retained to help with final style selections such as flooring, lighting and paint as well fully style, stage and re-write all listing content. The spaces were designed to market to the millennial, budget- conscious audience, maximize and in some cases, increase guest count and add amenities.
